  • 1 sit in a comfortable setting, breathe in and out slowly 4 times before swaying with eyes closed.
    2 turn on mellow music to sway to my suggestion is soft singing with soft instrumentation and soft percussion
    3 Sway slowly as the soft music plays, hum or sing along softly if you want or breathe slowly as you sway slowly keep the eyes closed to really concentrate on the soft music wear headphones.

    4 sway as long as you can, the more slow swaying the calmer you get.
