My name is Amy. I am new to the ASMR community, but not to tingles. I've been experiencing tingles here and there as far back as I can remember. I'm recently realizing it's been ASMR tingles.

I have received so much benefit from ASMR that I, like many of you, started my own YT channel in order to share and inspire tingles.
